Established in 1984 having diverse experience in the packaging industry.

Specialized in manufacturing of aluminum collapsible tubes and multilayer laminated tubes,aerosol cans as well as rigid aluminum containers.

 

With an annual capacity of over 200 million pieces produced in three different plants located in Gandhinagar,Gujarat-India.

 

Our manufacturing facilities follow the best of GMP systems generally followed for respective industries.Facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified and approved for DMF, with USFDA. 

 

Features of tubes we produce for Pharma.

 

·        10mm diameter to 38mm diameter with a capacity of 0.5gms to 200gms.

·        Length 60 mm -185 mm

·        4 color printing facility & a base coat. i.e. a selection of 5 colors

·        Caps open nozzle, closed nozzle (Piercing type) and long nozzle (Applicator type).

·        Thread M-7,M-9,M-11,M-13,M-15

·        Internally Lacquered(lined) barrier between material filled and aluminium ensuring reaction.

·        Darex(latex) at the rear open end to avoid leakage of material
